If you are experiencing a serious illness including chest pain, difficulty breathing, dizziness, or have an acute life-threatening emergency, please call 911 and go to the nearest emergency department.
*Online check-in should not be used for life-threatening emergencies. Because our ER and urgent care staffs must treat patients based on the severity of illness or injury, your time is not guaranteed. We will see you as close to your designated time as possible. If your symptoms worsen or you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency department as soon as possible.
No. We are an urgent care center that sees patients based on how sick they are. This online check-in allows for you to come in at a time where MMEC is traditionally less busy. MMEC will do our best to serve you as close as possible to the time you requested.
No, it is not. MMEC will do the best to see you when you arrive, but sicker patients may have arrived before you and are always seen first.
Patients should not wait at home for life-threatening or severe conditions. Your symptoms fell into this category and you received a text stating to utilize the local Emergency Department OR call 911.
There is a 15 minute grace period for your arrival. If you are later than 15 minutes past your reservation, you can still be seen, but it will be dependent on patients who have arrived prior to you.
If you are feeling worse, do NOT wait for your reservation. Go to the local Emergency Department or call 911, if you feel your condition is life-threatening.
Please call 518-289-2020 and follow prompts to speak with a nurse. This will allow cancellation.

The second rate, includes all of the first items (if ordered by the provider) and a CT or MRI scan, if needed. This rate is $330.00 if paid at the time of service.
