No appointment needed. Open 24 hours a day, every day. We also offer outpatient services which include Lab Tests and Imaging Services.

EMERGENT CARE

We offer a broad scope of services, with an emphasis on injuries and illness, including coughs, colds, bumps, bruises, asthma and allergic reactions, and more.

LAB TESTS

Our lab services include blood work, glucose and cholesterol screening, urinalysis, microbiology tests for bacteria, viruses and other organisms.

IMAGING

Malta Med has comprehensive, state-of-the-art medical imaging services right on-site, including Diagnostic X-ray, CT Scan, MRI, and Ultrasound.

MEDICAL RECORDS

Records can be obtained by signing a request to release information and picking up in person at 6 Medical Park Drive, Suite 100 in Malta. You may also request via email.

PHYSICIAN & OFFICE RESOURCES

If your patient was seen at MMEC, records will be sent to you within 72 hours, unless ordered STAT.

Malta Med treats issues that would send you to an urgent care center, while also providing the added comfort and security of doctors prepared to diagnose and treat more serious problems. We can monitor your condition on-site for up to 24 hours, if necessary, potentially avoiding an admission to a hospital.

If you need inpatient care, you will be transferred to a local medical facility of your choice.

Malta Med is easy to reach, right off Exit 12 of the Northway, and we have plenty of convenient parking.

Yes, we offer walk-in flu shot services.

We offer drug screening for employers ONLY in a post-accident capacity. We provide both DOT and Non-DOT Urine Drug Screening for those involved in an accident while on the job. At this time, we CANNOT provide pre-employment screening drug screens.
